Our own certified controllers ensure quality on time
At Dymak we have our own quality controllers employed within each of our product areas. Typically, these controllers live near by the factories which means that they regularly monitor the productions in order to correct anymistakes or defects in time.
Typically, these controllers are employees with several years of experience as production managers or the like. As supplement to their practical experience they regularly take part in Dymak’s internal training as well as in external quality courses. The individual controller will immediately be held accountable for any complaint from a customer. Only this way can we avoid recurrences which means that we gradually improve the quality of our work.
On average today, Dymak has complaint rate of under half a percent, and we continually strive to improve this area. As documentation of our quality we offer you an annual statistics providing you with an overview of Dymak’s collected performances on the deliveries of the whole year.
