Dymak are in direct contact with the factories in China which means that we don’t make use of agents which is often the case otherwise. We are in contact with the people at the factories on a regular basis and this close dialogue gives us an opportunity to establish a unique product competence.
We have deliberately chosen not to carry a very wide range of products. We have made this choice because a strong product competence demands focus. Focus on the suppliers, focus on the price structure, and focus on the relations. Too many products would limit our ability to be thorough.
