Delivery on Time - of course
Dymak focuses strongly on delivery on time. Most of our products are campaign products, often making delivery on time the most essential parameter of success for both you and us.
Already 3 weeks prior to shipping the delivery process is started by booking the capacity of the container. Our quality controller then regularly follows the progress from the production to the stacking itself on pallets and the loading in the container. If parts of the production do not pass the quality control we will immediately contact you with a view to a possible part delivery. This happens very rarely, and as a minimum you will be informed 3 weeks prior to agreed delivery date.
Queries will confirm that Dymak has the highest security of supply in the business. We could of course give you referees but why not ask around in the business yourself?
