Dymak in China has 32 highly educated employees. Most of our employees are educated at universities as it is a condition that they are able to communicate in English. And precisely communication is the key word when we seek to optimise your purchase.
Our quality controllers, who are in charge of the daily follow-up and control at the factories, often have a background as mid-level managers at a factory. This gives them a good insight when it comes to detecting problems before they occur.
Dymak in China comply with all present laws and regulations, both when it comes to the rights of our employees and to the trading itself of your product. This is not always a given in China. Because there is an export duty on products produced in China your product runs the risk of being withheld if the selling company’s registration and conditions otherwise are not correct and proper.
Several delays are due to ‘problems’ in the Chinese customs before shipping. By means of our local presence we create an added value and safety for you.
